TWISTED YARN

Twisted yarns are made from Flat yarns that  are given a twist as per application . The Twisted Yarns are mostly used in  fabrics, webbings , stitching of sacks, FIBC, Flexible luggage, Tarpaulins etc.

AIM YARN

Air Intermingled Yarns are produced by creating nips at regular intervals through air pressure, which causes the flat yarn filaments to entangle. This intermingling creates nips along the yarn's length at consistent intervals. These yarns are used in high-speed fabric-to-sack conversion machines, narrow and wide-width fabrics, belts, cords, etc. The yarns are step-precision wound, ensuring smooth operation in high-speed conversion machines such as stitching, weaving, and braiding. Additionally, Aim yarn is widely accepted in the carpet and rug industries for its durability and performance.

CABLED YARN

These  threads are made from multiple flat yarns that are twisted in S and Z directions to produce a stable and balanced yarn . The end use are in open mouth bag closing , Transmission belts etc.
